OEM & ODM

Two Ways to Work With Us

Whether you have a complete design ready for production or just a concept, we have a service model that fits your needs.

OEM — Manufacture to Your Designs

Bring your complete design files, tech packs, or physical samples and we will manufacture exactly to your specifications. This is ideal for brands with established product designs who need a reliable factory to produce at scale. You provide the design — we provide the materials, labor, quality control, and export logistics.

Our OEM process is straightforward: you share your tech pack or reference sample, we review it for manufacturability and provide feedback, we develop a pre-production sample for your approval, and then we manufacture to that approved standard. Throughout production, we maintain strict adherence to your specifications — any deviation requires your written approval.

ODM — We Design for You

Share your concept, reference images, or brand requirements and our product development team will create the designs, patterns, and samples for you. This is perfect for brands looking to launch new product lines without an in-house design team, or for companies that want to explore new product categories with expert guidance.

Our ODM service includes concept development, material selection recommendations, technical drawing creation, pattern making, and sample development. We can work from a simple description ("we need a premium jute tote with leather handles for our eco brand") or from detailed reference images and brand guidelines. You own the final design and all production rights.

In both cases, you receive pre-production samples for approval before any bulk production begins. Nothing is manufactured until you are completely satisfied with the sample. This is our commitment — and it is non-negotiable.

Customization Options

Every Detail, Tailored to Your Brand

A detailed look at each customization option we offer and what it means for your products.

Logo Printing & Branding Methods

We offer multiple branding methods to suit different materials, designs, and budgets:

  • Screen Printing — The most cost-effective method for simple 1-4 color designs on jute, cotton, and canvas. Uses water-based, non-toxic inks. Ideal for large-volume promotional bags.
  • Heat Transfer Printing — Produces vibrant, full-color prints with photographic detail. Best for complex multi-color logos or photographic designs on light-colored fabrics.
  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing — High-resolution digital printing for intricate designs. No minimum color count, no setup plates. Ideal for small runs or highly detailed artwork.
  • Embroidery — Premium stitched logo application for a high-quality, tactile finish. Works on all materials including jute, cotton, canvas, and leather. Perfect for premium brands and corporate gifts.
  • Embossing / Debossing — Pressed logo application on leather and PU products for a subtle, sophisticated brand mark without ink. Ideal for premium leather goods.

Custom Sizes & Shapes

Every bag we make can be produced in any size you need. From compact coin pouches (10cm x 8cm) to oversized market totes (50cm x 40cm), we cut and stitch to your exact dimensions. We can also create custom shapes — rounded bottoms, gusseted sides, zippered compartments dividers, or any structural feature your design requires.

Our pattern makers create custom cutting dies and stitching templates for each unique design, ensuring dimensional consistency across the full production run. There are no "standard sizes" you must conform to — your design dictates the dimensions, not the other way around.

Pantone Color Matching

Color consistency is critical for brand identity. We offer Pantone-matched colors for all fabric dyes, printing inks, and thread colors. You provide your Pantone color codes, and we match them precisely — within a Delta E tolerance of 1.0 or better, which is the industry standard for commercial color matching.

For jute products, the natural fiber color can vary slightly from batch to batch. If color uniformity is critical for your application, we can source bleached or dyed jute to achieve a more consistent base color. For cotton and canvas, we offer fabric dyeing in any Pantone color before production begins.

Private Label & Brand Tags

Private-label services include woven brand labels, hangtags, interior pocket branding, and custom care labels. We can source or manufacture woven labels with your brand name and logo, leather or metal brand tags, and custom-printed care instruction labels.

For fully private-label programs, we can also include your brand's interior lining, zipper pulls with your logo, metal hardware with custom stamping, and even custom dust bags for premium products. Everything that carries a brand mark can be customized with your identity.

Custom Packaging

Packaging is the first thing your customer sees. We offer a full range of packaging options:

  • Individual poly bags — Clear or custom-printed poly bags for each unit, with or without header cards.
  • Retail hangtags — Custom-printed hangtags with your brand design, barcode, and product information.
  • Custom inserts — Care instruction cards, thank-you notes, or promotional inserts inside each bag.
  • Retail boxes — Custom-printed or plain boxes for premium products, with tissue paper and brand stickers.
  • Bulk master cartons — Heavy-duty export cartons configured for efficient container shipping, with custom shipping marks.
  • Eco-friendly packaging — Recycled and recyclable packaging materials for brands with sustainability commitments.
The Process

How a Custom Order Works — Step by Step

Step 1: Share Your Requirements

Send us your design files, tech pack, reference images, or even just a written description of what you need. Include details about product type, dimensions, materials, colors, branding method, quantity, and target delivery date. The more information you provide, the more accurate our quotation will be.

Step 2: Receive a Detailed Quotation

Within one business day, we provide a comprehensive quotation that includes unit pricing, tooling/setup costs (if any), sample charges, estimated production timeline, and shipping options. We are transparent about all costs — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges later.

Step 3: Sample Development & Approval

Once you approve the quotation, we begin sample development. A pre-production sample is created using the exact materials, dimensions, and branding that will be used in bulk production. The sample is shipped to you for physical review. You can request revisions — we will revise and resample until you are completely satisfied. Production begins only after your written approval.

Step 4: Bulk Production

With the approved sample as the reference standard, we begin bulk production. You receive regular progress updates, and our QC team conducts inline and final inspections throughout. Production time ranges from 15 to 35 days depending on order volume and complexity.

Step 5: Quality Inspection & Packaging

Finished goods undergo final quality inspection against the approved sample. A pre-shipment quality report with photographs is shared with you for review. After your approval, goods are packaged according to your specifications and prepared for export.

Step 6: Shipping & Delivery

We handle all export documentation, container loading, and freight coordination. You receive loading photos, container seal numbers, and tracking information. Your order ships to your destination port, and we remain available throughout transit for any questions.

Minimum Order Quantities

MOQ by Product Type

Our MOQs are designed to be accessible for growing brands while ensuring efficient production runs.

  • Jute Bags — 500 units per design (same size, same material, same logo). Multiple colors within the same design can be combined to meet MOQ.
  • Leather Bags — 300 units per design. Leather goods require more handwork, so lower MOQs are possible.
  • Tote Bags (Cotton/Canvas) — 500 units per design. Multiple colors within the same design can be combined.
  • Promotional Bags (Non-woven) — 1,000 units per design. Non-woven bags are optimized for high-volume, cost-effective production.
  • Custom/Bespoke Designs — MOQ depends on design complexity. Contact us with your concept for a specific MOQ and quotation.

For first-time orders, we can sometimes offer reduced MOQs as a trial — ask us about this when you request your quotation. We want to build long-term relationships, and we understand that first orders may be smaller while you test the market.
